A challenging project: contribute to the international Horizon 2020 Green Charge project!

Your internship
The project 'The international Horizon 2020 Green Charge project' has started in September 2019 and lasts until the end of 2022. The sixteen partners from Norway, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Italy aim for all electric mobile future. In this future, people are sharing pools of personal vehicles (cars and scooters) without worrying about the availability of vehicles or charging facilities.

To make this possible we conduct three different pilots in European cities (Oslo, Bremen, Barcelona). Within the project, PNO Consultants is responsible, among other things, for the design of new business models and the communication to stakeholders.

• As an intern you design new business models for every pilot in cooperation with the local project teams in Oslo, Bremen and Barcelona;
• Together with the local teams you develop hypotheses and design test cards to conduct real-life experiments;
• You facilitate tests based on data from both stakeholder surveys and pilot systems, and evaluate test results by doing data analysis together with the local teams;
• You evaluate test sprints together with the concerned team and formulate learnings to refine the business model for the next sprint and work agile;
• You will report on these activities and write a document for the EU project owner;
• You contribute to the communication of project results to other stakeholders together with other PNO-team members;
• You will work closely with PNO colleagues and the project partners from the pilot projects in 3 different European countries;
• You will work on a separate advisory project for the Transport team at the same time.

Who are you?

• Bachelor's or master's degree student: Industrial Design, Business Design, Energy Design, Automotive Technology, Sustainability, Innovation & Management Studies;
• You have affinity with business models canvassing, service design, Agile way of work and new product development;
• You are analytically very strong and happy to help solve practical issues;
• You are enterprising , hands-on, "delivers" on time, and immune to stress;
• Your English is good and you enjoy writing. Your formulations are clear and your work is structured. Visual presentations you create are of high quality. You have good writing skills and are able to express yourself in a professional matter (oral and written) in both Dutch and English
