You job as an (Senior) Innovation Consultant Energy
- Assessment of opportunities to accelerate the green innovations of our clients, specifically in the energy domain
- Drafting high-quality project plans, reports, funding applications, or business cases in direct coordination with clients
- Performing energetically or innovation assessment studies (CBA, stakeholder analyses, access-to-finance studies, partner searches)
- Supporting the growth of EGEN by means of business development or by strengthening/development of our (new) services
What we are looking for?
- We are open for people with different profiles since EGEN, but a key requirement is an “EGEN” intrinsic motivation to achieve sustainable impact
- You have a university degree in a sustainability-related subject, economics/innovation sciences, or in one of our business areas (energy efficiency, sustainable energy, energy systems (hydrogen, smart grids, etc.))
- You have a strong track-record in at least two of the following services: writing funding/bid proposals, project management, business case development, energy efficiency calculations or impact assessments (e.g. CBA, LCA, MFA), technology road mapping, business development
- You have at least three years (Consultant) or eight years (Senior Consultant) of professional working experience at relevant organizations
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills preferably in both Dutch and English

EGEN means intrinsic and summarizes our drive to accelerate green innovation in the energy, environment and mobility sectors within Europe. We have been doing this for years as a dedicated team of PNO Consultants, but since this year we are a separate entity within the PNO Group.
