Your job as a Senior Strategy Consultant Life Sciences & Health

Do you have what it takes to work at the interface of science and business in a project-based international environment? In this job you will join a small team of consultants to pioneer and further develop strategic service offerings for research institutes and biotech/medtech companies, thereby meeting key client and sector needs. In collaboration with today’s leading scientists and innovative businesses you will have the opportunity to deliver new insights and ideas that will address many industrial and societal needs.

Your profile

You are a creative problem-solver who knows how to deliver strategic value, preferably in challenging healthcare/biotech settings. You have, for example, taken the lead in transformative programmes within complex organisations, either in practice or as consultant (at board level). You enjoy bringing fresh perspectives to the table to translate strategy into action, while being sensitive to the complexities of the assignment and the people involved. You can yield insights from your network to spot opportunities for new business and are inspired by relatively undeveloped but promising ideas.

  • Preferably a Master’s degree or PhD degree in life sciences, MedTech or related;
  • 4-15 years of relevant work experience after your MSc or PhD degree in a business or senior policy environment;
  • Affinity with innovation and commercialisation of science;
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills;
  • Strong ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A truly proactive, independent and confident attitude.
